My experience with Signature was 5 stars+. From the owner, to scheduling, to the roofing crew, everyone was knowledgeable, with a client centered, do it right, attitude. My large roof was completed in a single day, and the grounds were immaculate when the job was done. The entire experience was first rate. I can't praise Signature enough. Hire them for your project, you'll be glad you did!

Quotes were compatible with all others. I was approved on the spot for the financing and roof was finished within a couple weeks. They removed 3 skylights and a chimney. Roof looks great and my wife loves it as well.

I hired Signature to do a couple projects at my home. Collin was a great help to get everything set up and arranged. Brian and his crew did an excellent job installing my siding. I liked it so much I called them back to do my garage! I also have a nice new roof. I will definitely call them again when I have another project!

Ben is amazing to work with from start to finish with our roofing project. He was in constant communication and quickly had the crew come back to fix a couple things that needed to be corrected. Our roof was completed in 1.5 days! There was no mess and I didn’t find a single nail in the yard or landscaping. We have had great luck with signature home pros and all of their workers/contractors! Happy to be able to use a company close to home.

The company responded the morning after my email to them and they called on a Sunday no less to schedule somebody to swing by to look at the job. This is the first company that has actually responded to an online request for a quote. They stated they would be able to do the job in a couple of weeks and then I had a phone call that they could actually do it in one week. The crew that came out were very nice and did the job very quickly and we've had many storms since and the gutter job has been great and looks good. Highly recommend

We were on the hunt for a company to put in a replacement composite deck. The friendly, prompt staff at Signature Home Pros made this project easy from start to finish. We gave our name to a few companies at the Midland home builder show but only SHP made an appointment on the spot. We compared quotes and felt like this bunch was the whole package. They had our new deck in faster than we could have imagined. The communication throughout the process was everything we needed to feel taken care of. The precision in place with all the moving parts of permits, inspections, and materials was impressive.

Anytime I’ve ever called about anything concerning questions about my roof I could tell they were always so happy to help. I’ve heard horror stories about roofing companies leaving a mess. The paid special care to my property leaving no debris behind and I really appreciate. Not only that, but they did a great job on my roof. It looks great and I feel really confident about their work! After getting several outrageous estimates signature home pros came with one so great I canceled all the rest of the companies I had coming out.jesse was very friendly and professional he was very thorough in telling me about the quality of the products and all of my options and he answered all of my questions.Hes even went beyond his job and is helping me find a way to help pay for it since I'm on disability.They came withing two weeks and had the whole roof completed within two days it's very beautiful the workers were wonderful and on time I'd like to thank everyone for doing such a wonderful job and would recommend this company to everyone I know and even people that I don't .Thanks again to everyone at signature home pros for being so wonderful and doing an amazing job.

You will not need other Roofing estimates after Signature Home Pros arrives. The Quality of work is incredible. Jesse will tell you about the Quality of materials being used. (Much better than the other competitors.) Benjamin made sure everything went smoothly. Ken was very polite on the job and made sure every thing was satisfactory before notfying me of completion. Thank you everyone on The team for all your hard work that made it look easy. Now that the roof is done, I wonder what else they can do to improve the home.

My wife and I had started working with Jesse from Signature Home Pros about two weeks ago after the company we were originally working with failed to give us a quote in a timely manner. Our house was part of the widespread damage from the hailstorm that hit Davison, MI. The day they he showed up, he had us a quote immediately, went over all the details about working with our insurance and how they'd tackle the project, then said work would be done in two weeks. Well, two weeks later and our house and shed have brand new rooftops! Extremely well done and on time with what he had said! This company is professional as it gets. Stellar communication, timely work, and you just feel comfortable when talking to them. HIGHLY recommend if you need a new roof!

Job well done by Signature Home Pros ! From beginning to end they were professional, understanding, always had an open line of communication, did not seemed annoyed with the million questions and requests we had 😬 and started and ended on time. Mike and the windows crew was very efficient, kind and knowledgeable. They installed a new window in our bathroom which makes a huge difference with natural light in there, on top of replacing all our old windows. Brian and the siding crew was a fun group to work with as we spent a few days together and ragged on each other's like of music and was in contact with Brock Miller and us to verify projects and our wants.
